At Granville Health System, it is our goal to provide our patients with an outstanding medical experience every time they visit our hospital.

To do this we have launched a new campaign, “Tell Me Now” asking patients to share their expectations and feedback on the quality of service they receive during a stay at Granville Medical Center. We are asking patients if we are meeting their expectations and if not, what can we do better to improve their stay.

On a scale of 0 to 10, we want to earn a 10 for your overall satisfaction.
