  • Thyroid and parathyroid disease
  • Diseases of the salivary glands including stricture, mass, hypersalivation, recurrent sialadenitis
  • Stridor and dyspnea
  • Feeding difficulties treated alongside the feeding team at UNC

  • Allergy testing can be performed at UNC in Chapel UNC in Chapel Hill

Adults:
  • Chronic or obstructive tonsillitis

  • Chronic ear disease
  • Thyroid and parathyroid masses/neoplasm
  • Salivary diseases including sialadenitis, sialolithiasis, neoplasm
  • Laryngeal disease including hoarseness, globus, vocal cord paralysis
  • Allergic and chronic rhinitis and sinusitis
  • Nasal airway obstruction including septoplasty and turbinate reduction/resection
  • Maxillofacial and neck trauma
  • Skin cancers with local repair (large tumors requiring free flap repair would be done in conjunction with flap surgeons at UNC)

  • Cleft lip and palate
  • Microtia
  • Cochlear implantation
Adults:
  • Cosmetic facial plastic surgery including rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, rhytidectomy, resurfacing, fillers and injectables
  • Advanced head and neck cancer requiring potential free-flap reconstruction.
  • Advanced chronic ear disease
  • Sinonasal and skull base malignancies
