Granville Health System Announces Opening of Granville Women’s Health
Granville Health System (GHS) is excited to announce the opening of Granville Women’s Health, a dedicated women’s healthcare practice that officially opens to patients on Monday, August 3, 2026.
Formerly located within Granville Primary Care & OB/GYN, the women’s health providers are relocating to their own standalone practice, Granville Women’s Health, at 101A Professional Park Drive on the Granville Health System campus. The move reflects the continued growth of women’s healthcare services at GHS and creates a space designed specifically to meet the unique needs of women throughout every stage of life.
The practice will continue to be led by Lakeya Russell, MD, Akiva Gimplevich, DO, and Ashley Currin, FNP, providing the same trusted obstetric and gynecologic care patients have come to know, now in a dedicated, modern environment focused exclusively on women’s health.
“The opening of Granville Women’s Health is an exciting milestone for both our patients and our organization,” said Susan Solomich, Chief Ambulatory Officer. “As our women’s health services have continued to grow, it became clear that creating a dedicated practice was the next step. This new location allows us to better serve our community while providing a comfortable, welcoming space where women can receive comprehensive care close to home.”
Granville Women’s Health offers a full range of obstetric and gynecologic services, including:

- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Family planning and contraception
- Gynecologic care and treatment
