The Harold Sherman Adult Day Center, part of Granville Health System since 1998, offers daytime care for adults with physical or cognitive challenges. Weekdays from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM, clients enjoy social activities, nutritious meals, and safe supervision, while caregivers gain reliable respite. Our Services
Since 1998, the Harold Sherman Adult Day Center, part of the Granville Health System family, has been a warm and friendly place that offers quality adult day care and services for seniors. Our focus is on helping adults with disabilities feel supported and empowered, all while giving their caregivers the break they need. We’re all about providing care that looks after the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients in a friendly, group setting.
Here, people with physical or cognitive challenges can enjoy a variety of activities designed to enhance their well-being. We’re dedicated to creating a welcoming and engaging environment where everyone can find joy, friendship, and opportunities for personal growth. Our goal is to make each day brighter and more fulfilling for our clients, helping them feel valued and connected.

Preparing for Your Visit
1. Call (919) 690-3273 or stop by the center to inquire about the program.
2019 Program Information Packet (PDF)
2. Have primary care provider complete medical form and TB skin test
3. Complete required enrollment paperwork and return prior to first enrolled day
4. Optional financial form can be completed to determine eligibility for grant funds
