Shane Hodge, DO

I grew up in Michigan and have always valued the strong sense of community that comes with living in smaller towns. Practicing in a rural health system gives me the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with my patients and their families, which is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

As a general surgeon, I provide care for a wide range of surgical needs, from routine procedures to more complex conditions. I strive to make sure every patient feels heard, supported, and confident in their care plan.

When I’m not in the operating room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active through exercise, and making memories with my family.

My philosophy is simple: I treat every patient with the same compassion and commitment I would want for my own family.
