Granville Health System Announces 2026 3rd Quarter DAISY Award® Honoree
Granville Health System has announced its third quarter winner of the DAISY award. Georgina Reyes, BSN, RN was awarded The DAISY Award® on November 3, 2026. Georgina, a nurse in our Women’s Services Unit, was nominated for the DAISY Award by a patient.
“Georgina was one of the most amazing people on this planet. She is such a big, gigantic help. She completely took control over my laboring situation to help me enjoy, fulfill, and follow through peaceful and carefree. She was honest with me. Respectful, helpful, cheerful, work ethic, professional, funny, friendly, and patient. She is a wonderful nurse doing her job. She definitely stands out from all the nurses in a bright way. She allowed my birthing experience to turn out wonderful and wasn’t dreadful. She provided honest, accurate hope because my labor had unexpected turns that she walked me through. Thank God for her. She chose a great career path for other mothers. We are so grateful to be blessed by her. Absolutely phenomenal and stunning she is.”
The Award is part of The DAISY Foundation’s mission to recognize nurses for the extraordinary, compassionate care they provide patients and families every day. Granville Health System is among many healthcare organizations participating in The DAISY Award program.
