Granville Health System Appoints Kelly Harmon as Chief Nursing Officer
Oxford, N.C.- Granville Health System (GHS) is proud to announce the appointment of Kelly Harmon, RN, BSN, as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Kelly has more than 25 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, dedicating nearly her entire career to serving patients and the community through her work at GHS.
Kelly has held numerous leadership roles in the nursing department, including in the Medical-Surgical Unit and the Intensive Care Unit. Most recently, she served as Administrative Director of Inpatient Services, providing leadership for the Medical-Surgical Unit, ICU, Respiratory Therapy Department, and Women’s Services.
“I am deeply honored and humbled to accept the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Granville Health System; a place I have proudly called home for over 25 years. Serving this hospital and our community has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. As I step into this new role, my focus will remain on fostering a culture of clinical excellence, professional growth, and patient-centered care. In her new role as CNO, Kelly will continue to champion clinical excellence, support nursing teams, and strengthen the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care across the health system.
