Granville Health System Names New COO

Granville Health System (GHS) has announced it has selected Da-Vida W. Roseman, MSN, RN, NEA-BC as its Chief Operating Officer.

Roseman will serve in her new position beginning October 21, 2019.

“I look forward to joining the team at Granville Health System. My family and I are looking forward to joining this wonderful community,” said Roseman. “I am eager to begin this important work with the Board of Trustees, the Administrative Team, medical staff, and community partners.”

Roseman recently served as the Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nurse Executive at Carolinas HealthCare System Blue Ridge in Morganton, NC. In this role, Roseman was recognized for maximizing staffing levels, enhancing nurse communications, and improving patient safety measures. Prior to this role, she served as the Vice President of Nursing Operations at the same organization as well as a role as Patient Safety Officer.

Roseman earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Gardner-Webb University after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UNC Greensboro. She is a member of the North Carolina Nurses Association, the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, the American Nurses Association, Baptist Nurse Fellowship, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Press Ganey Advisory Board.
