Granville Health System Promotes Susan Solomich to Chief Ambulatory Officer
Oxford, NC – Granville Health System (GHS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Susan Solomich to Chief Ambulatory Officer. Susan has served as Executive Director of Ambulatory Services & Outpatient Practices since February 2024, delivering significant improvements in access, efficiency, and patient satisfaction across the outpatient departments she oversees.
With 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Susan has held pivotal roles in clinic and regional operations, hospital administration, and patient-centered program development. Her leadership has strengthened outpatient care delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

In her new role, Susan will continue to lead GHS’s Ambulatory Services, which include a wide range of outpatient specialties and facilities such as the GHS Endoscopy Center, Primary Care practices, Specialty Clinics, and other hospital-based outpatient departments. These services are designed to provide patients with high-quality care close to home, offering everything from preventive screenings and same-day procedures to chronic condition management and post-operative follow-up.
