Granville Health System Welcomes Dr. Marian Nakhla
Granville Health System (GHS) will welcome Dr. Marian Nakhla to Granville Primary Care & OB/GYN in early December.
Dr. Nakhla, a board-certified family physician, is already providing care to many long-term care patients at Brantwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and also serves as the Medical Director of the facility.
“We are pleased to welcome Dr. Nakhla to Granville Health System,” said John F. Snow, CEO of Granville Health System. “Dr. Nakhla has a strong interest in providing care to rural communities and we are delighted to welcome her to our medical staff as she provides compassion and excellent care to long-term care patients in the area.”
“The residents in nursing homes are sometimes medically complex and require specialized medical care. I enjoy and look forward to providing medical care to adult care home residents and knowing that I am part of a system of care that makes a difference to long-term residents and their families,” Nakhla said. “Granville Health System and I share a commitment to quality care by working to promote well-being, accelerate healing, and inspire hope.”
In joining Granville Primary Care, Dr. Nakhla will be working with a group of established providers in delivering comprehensive care to families. With locations in both Oxford and Butner-Creedmoor, Granville Primary Care provides a complement of services including obstetrics, family medicine, adult care, pediatrics, and geriatric medicine.
