Enroll in our online service that allows Granville Health System patients secure access to their health information including laboratory results, imaging results, medications, allergies, demographic information, visit history, discharge instructions, billing details, and much more.
The portal is completely secure, so you can be confident that your private information is protected. Only you or an authorized caregiver can access your health information.
Patients will need their medical record number and the email address on file with Granville Health System. See your statements dated after March 7, 2014 for your medical record number. To confirm your email address, please contact the Health Information desk at 919-690-3236.
